What does the free check actually include?
We scan your website the way a visitor sees it — 82 checks across consent and tracking, security, accessibility, privacy documentation, performance, AI visibility, design and search findability. We also ask three AI assistants for a business like yours and record what came back. You get the findings whether or not you ever work with us.
Why does my website not come up when someone asks ChatGPT?
Because an assistant builds a local answer from business listings, registers and reviews rather than from websites. If there is little about you on those sources it has nothing to repeat, however good your site is. That is why the work splits into two halves and why the half away from your website usually matters more.
Can you guarantee I will appear in AI answers?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is hoping you do not check. Nobody controls what an assistant names, and it depends partly on reviews and on your competitors. What we guarantee is that every obstacle preventing it is removed, and that we measure the result honestly either way.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
Related, but not the same. Search optimisation is about ranking a page in a list of results. This is about being one of the two or three businesses named in a single answer — which depends far more on sources away from your website than on the website itself.
How long does it take?
The check comes back within a day. Most of the off-site work lands inside thirty days, though some listings verify by post and take longer. We re-measure at thirty days and show you both sets of results side by side.
Do I have to replace my whole website?
Often not. Where the existing site is sound we build on it. Where the platform itself is the problem — and sometimes it is — we will say so plainly and tell you what a rebuild involves before you commit to anything.
